- Nachgewiesene Führungsstärke mit mehrjähriger Verantwortung für die Auswahl, Schulung und Entwicklung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern.
- Expertise in der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung effizienter Qualitätssicherungssysteme sowie in der Sicherstellung ihrer Einhaltung gemäß branchenspezifischen Standards.
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean-Management-Prinzipien zur Effizienzsteigerung in Qualitätssicherungsprozessen wünschenswert.
