What you'll do

Assist one of the functional areas of the Strategy & Performance Excellence Group with daytoday activities related to strategic program management, including tracking project timelines, monitoring project risks, and managing program documentation.
Help prepare project status reports, project schedules, and other programrelated materials for stakeholders.
Participate in project team meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Help create or consolidate various content and its presentation.
Participate in brainstorming activities, contribute, and learn new topics.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all program activities.

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Business Management, Economics, Finance
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Language skills: (e.g., fluent in English, any additional language is a plus)
Soft skills: team player, discipline, willingness to learn and also contribute.
