We are hiring for a
Product Designer (f/m/d) Energy Solutions.

Tasks

You will be one of the first dedicated product designers of E.ON One and will work closely with all product teams, their product managers and stakeholders within E.ON One.
You will work with product managers, user researchers and stakeholders to understand our target customers' needs and context in order to deliver a great endtoend experience for them.
You will be designing products and features that are a delight to use and easy to understand, providing value to customers as early as possible
You will be responsible for the design quality and coherency of the internal products that you will work on
Based on gained insights you generate ideas and support developing hypotheses for the relevant products

Requirements:

You have successfully completed your studies, preferably in a relevant field (e.g. Design, Product Design,) or comparable trainings or work experience
You have several years of relevant proven experience in the field of product design
Inquisitive mindset, happy to test and try things out, not afraid to fail.
You feel confident leading the design process endtoend, from collecting product requirements internally and from end users, to prototyping, to delivering highfidelity designs and working closely with engineers to bring your solutions to life
You're also comfortable with getting involved with product discovery, conducting UX research and customer interviews
Business fluent speech in English, Business fluent speech in German would be a plus
