Carbmee is an enterprise software company headquartered in Berlin and with offices in Berlin and Munich. We offer a cloud solution that enables companies to analyse, manage & reduce their carbon footprint. We measure our success in the greenhouse gas emission reduction of our customers.

Your role - We're looking for someone ready to get stuck into all things related to graphic and visual design at Carbmee. As the only designer in the Marketing team, you will be responsible for all creative and marketing assets in close collaboration with product designers and performance marketing stakeholders. You will independently manage and execute your own processes and take end to end ownership of creative projects, from concept through to completion.

Your tasks:

Create creative design concepts to support marketing programmes and client presentations
Create and produce dynamic multimedia presentations, including product and promotional videos
Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop graphic design ideas for presentations, infographics, events, etc.
Manage administrative tasks, such as archiving past creative work, images, and organizing them for easy retrieval
Work with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
You develop and maintain effective working relationships with all teams in the company, including Product, Sales, Engineering and Customer Success

Your profile:

Relevant university degree or graphics and video related experiences
3+ years handson technical experience as a Graphic Designer in a startup environment, ideally in the SaaS field
Solid knowledge of a full range of graphic design techniques and media and ability to translate marketing concepts into graphic designs
Proficiency in English and great oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in appropriate MAC/PC visual design software, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere, as well as MS-Office
You rely on excellent organizational and prioritization skills and you can manage your tasks and your projects individually
Positive, openminded and creative personality with a proactive approach and a selfdriven work attitude
You are a motivated and friendly team player, excited to work both independently and collaboratively with the rest of the Marketing team
You have what it takes to work and thrive in the fastpaced environment and you are passionate about business sustainability and carbon emissions management in alignment with Carbmee's mission and vision
You are excited to join our diverse and international team in Berlin and willing to work from our office on a regular basis
