About the role

You will:

• Collaborate with team members to strategize research and outreach campaigns
• Interact with clients to calibrate expectations and ensure we are meeting their needs
• Leverage various tools to identify and engage great talent
• Review and analyze data to improve staffing performance
• Identify unique and nontraditional talent sources (e.g., university recruiting)

You are:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and internet search
• Able to work in a selfdirected manner, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines

You have:

• Semiconductor recruiting experience preferred
• Hightech Manufacturing or Light Industrial experience required
• German and English written and spoken professional proficiency
• A desire to represent yourself, RocketPower, and the client with integrity and courtesy
• An understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
• Previous startup and/or agency experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fastpaced environment
