To strengthen the existing team of specialists, we are looking for an:
Reserving Actuary Non-life (M/F/d)
based in Hanover, Germany

Aufgaben

  • You prepare and process actuarial loss reserve analyses in accordance with IFRS 4 and IFRS 1
  • You coordinate with the international branches
  • You will calculate loss and premium reserves according to Solvency II
  • You will be involved in the further development of the global reserving system
  • You will actively participate in projects
  • You will further develop the reporting system, including automation
  • You perform adhoc analyses for relevant stakeholders such as the board of directors or actuarial function
Qualifikation

  • Successfully completed master's degree in (economic) mathematics or comparable qualification
  • You have 23 years of professional experience in actuarial reserving (nonlife)
  • Training as an actuary (M/F/d) DAV or the willingness to acquire it
  • IT affinity and confident handling of databases and knowledge of the reserving software ResQ and SQL would be an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Willingness to move to Germany
