Our client is an independent and partner-led M&A investment bank and advises its clients (companies, shareholders and financial investors) on the implementation of strategic objectives in the field of Corporate Finance/M&A.

As part of the successful corporate strategy, our client set up an office in Düsseldorf.

Aufgaben

Take a lead role in deal execution.
Supervision and implementation of national and international M&A projects (buyside and sellside) in various industry sectors in direct cooperation with the partner.
The main sectors of focus are Technology/TMT, Healthcare, Business Services, Consumer, etc.
Running and developing financial and operating models for marketing and transaction purposes.
Valuation work and financial modeling, including DCF and LBO analysis.
Building origination and business development skills.
Advising and supporting clients and investors, as well as continuously building and expanding our network to acquire new projects.
Managing and mentoring team members at the analyst and associate levels.

Qualifikation

At least 5 years of relevant practical experience in corporate finance/M&A advisory from an international investment bank or boutique advisory firm.
Strong project management skills. Able to manage multiple projects and workstreams effectively, delivering highquality work on schedule.
As an entrepreneurial and highly ambitious individual, you can quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks and are highly quality and successoriented
Great interpersonal skills with a selfstarter mentality and the ability to get things done.
You can manage projects independently, lead teams and train younger employees
Fluent in English and German
