    Stellenbeschreibung

    Responsibilities

    • Excel in financial and business controlling for projects, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation, and provide support for forecasting and medium-term planning
    • Prepare comprehensive variance analyses (budget vs. actual), derive commercial recommendations
    • Lead projects through a controlling lens ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budgeted accordingly
    • Maintain strict control over project scope and change requests to uphold financial integrity
    • Efficiency Enhancement: Optimize regional and international processes with a focus on financial efficiency

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on financial management and controlling
    • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of controlling processes and principles
    • Exhibit strong project management skills, specifically in financial project leadership
    • Show exceptional critical thinking and financial data analysis abilities
    • Display good communication skills, particularly in financial contexts
    • Fluent in English, German proficiency is a plus
