In Hamburg, we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time permanent position as

EMEA Coverage Group Officer (all genders) at Corporate Coverage Germany

Tasks & Responsibilities:
What awaits you

Developing new and innovative ways to deploy the banks products and solutions to fit Fintech needs
Originating amongst others advisory (M&A, Private Placement, IPO) mandates and balancing sheet transformation related deals
Responsibility for the execution of originated transactions
Generating merger and consolidation ideas across all Fintech verticals in DACH, Europe and where applicable globally by staying at the forefront of the Fintech curve
Ensuring the active monitoring and reporting of risks on your portfolio (anticipation of risk deterioration, quality of analysis and accuracy of information)
Verify that the business carried out with the clients is appropriate, understandable and suitable
Expertise &

Soft Skills:
What you offer

Degree/s in economics, finance, management, computer science, engineering, math or any of the sciences
Professional experience with a Fintech, PE, VC, bank or consultancy in a credit/structuring role with ideally exposure to advisory
Ability to tailor and roll out omnichannel action plans to answer client needs aligned with the commercial policy
Significant experience managing complex deals and transactions, with multiple interests involved
Identifying opportunities to initiate new deliverables or improving existing deliverables to achieve the objectives set
Fluent in German and English with others a plus (Opens in a new tab)
