Was Sie erwartet:
- Daily coordination of catering team and setup lunch
- Performance monitoring of the team and quality services
- During the day
- Supply, order and control the inventory / stock at the office
- Event coordination with production unit
- Monitoring and organisation of stocking, restocking and rotating stock of displays, tableware, food & beverage items and their presentable presentation
- High and friendly engagement with client and team
- Clear communication skills in English and German
- Work cooperatively, harmoniously and cohesively with all teams and vendors on site
- Create a welcoming, unpretentious experience for all guests
- Monitor trends and consumption habits
- Monitoring, control and exercise of HACCP standards
- Oversee, coordinate and reconcile all ordering processes between both parties.
- Acceptance and control of deliveries with reporting to SNOWFLAKE
- Preparation of offers for special events, happy hour, or similar
- Making purchases for SNOWFLAKE
- Weekly update meeting with workplace coordinator from SNOWFLAKE
- In cooperation with the area manager, monitoring of the budget key figures
- Regular meetings to coordinate with the office coordination team

- Completed gastronomic training (e.g. hotel specialist) desirable
- Very good manners as well as a friendly and confident demeanor
- Enjoy dealing with guests
- Strong service and quality awareness
- Wellgroomed appearance
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of English is required
