Banxware GmbH, based in Berlin, provides embedded lending technology that enables digital platforms such as marketplaces and other aggregators like PSPs to offer financing in real time to its business customers.

As lending experts, we empower digital platforms to help their business customers grow. With Banxware, platforms can instantly launch tailored embedded lending solutions all across Europe.

To support us on our mission, we are currently looking for a Group Controller (all genders). You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Head of Finance, and our Founder & CEO.


What you will do:


  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in cooperation with our external accountants and tax advisors
  • Develop new business plans and financial models for new products and market expansions
  • Update weekly cashflow forecast

  • Prepare a fiveyear plan budget and perform quarterly forecasts
  • Support with the development of the transfer pricing concept
  • Analyse monthly costs reports and make recommendations on possible costs savings initiatives

Profile:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Finance
  • 24 years of experience, specifically at a Bank or Fintech company
  • Fluency in English, basic working knowledge of German
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Good working knowledge of Germann GAAP and IFRS
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively to internal/external stakeholders
  • You have a passion for FinTech
  • You adapt fast to changes and see a fastpaced environment as your chance for development
