Essential Responsibilities

  • Qualifies inbound leads in the assigned territory, setting meetings, and teleconferences for the Business Development team as needed.
  • Performs administrative support work specific to sales and marketing departments
  • Assist Business Development team members and other department staff by performing a variety of support duties, including but not limited to: data collection, compilation, research, records maintenance, custom reports, sales reports, customer profiles, or program reports
  • Prepares, delivers, and executes all proposal amendments for current clients, taking all appropriate oversight from appropriate Business Development business partners holding account responsibility
  • Directs engagement with pricing and proposals team to prepare client specific statement of work (SOW) formats
  • Responsible for all Request For Information (RFI) and Request For Proposal (RFP) activities
  • Assists Finance in PO# tracking and invoices
  • Responsible for tracking all Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA) compliance
  • Closely monitors contract turnaround times and implements improvement initiatives, as needed
  • Actively collaborates with Business Development (BD) and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Partners with BD and marketing team members to execute on Account Based Marketing (ABM) tactics
  • Assist in preparation of client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications


Education/Experience:


  • Associate degree in a biological science, business administration, or related field

Skills:


  • Fluency in English and German
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion to make nonroutine choices within established guidelines, with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to take direction well, detail oriented, highly organized, works well in team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment where multiple concurrent projects must be completed in a timely manner
Preferred Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree in a biological science, business administration, or related field
  • Not less than one (1) years' relevant experience working in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in a biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO/CMO, or similar organization
  • Fluency in French
Working Environment

  • Primarily office (i.e., blend of office and work from home)
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets
Physical Demands

  • Ability to work in an upright and/or stationary position for up to eight (8) hours per day
  • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists to operate office equipment
  • Occasional mobility needed
  • Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck
  • Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moving) objects, including luggage and laptop computer, with a maximum lift of 20 pounds
  • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
  • Frequently interacts with others to obtain or relate information to diverse groups
  • Works independently with little guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions and plans work schedules to meet goals; requires multiple periods of intense concentration
  • Performs a wide range of variable tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

  • This is a fulltime position
  • Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours as published in the BioAgilytix Employee Handbook
  • Occasional weekend, holiday, and evening work required
