We are strengthening our team in the "Quality/Warranty department" at the location Schweinfurt or Stemwede-Dielingen.

Your tasks:

Supervision of crossplant warranty issues at the customer and of the warranty parts return centers (WPRT) at the customer, if available
Cooperation/initiation of projects with warranty risk (escalations, initiatives,...) as well as negotiation and handling of warranty complaints/costs of a customer group
Editing/supporting warranty issues/questions as part of the project work (cENGIS) as well as support, training and guidance of the ZF plants in warranty requirements/issues
Checking and ensuring compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) for warranty as well as document review within the scope of the warranty (CSR, contracts, procedures/flows,...)
Coordination of the VDA Field Failure Analysis in coordination with the ZF plants and the customers

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical or commercial degree (TU, FH, TE, BW), preferably with a focus on vehicle technology or automotive
Experience in the field of quality data analytics or statistical evaluation methods desirable
Operational readiness, "handson" mentality, flexibility, team, communication

- and assertiveness skills as well as confident appearance and experience in dealing with international OEMs advantageous

Fluent German and English language skills in spoken and written form
