Your tasks:
- Drive commercial programing and customer excellence via multiregion/ multifunction programs and knowledge/ best practice exchange
- Facilitate and advise the Board member's content discussions and steering of regions and functions for our COO-Commercial area
- Initiate and drive selected strategic programs on group level via roadmaps that create tangible benefits and impact
- Drive a mindset of competitor and customer obsession within COO-Commercial globally
- Orchestrate the overall COO-Commercial strategy process, drive and monitor the overarching strategical actions
- Manage the board office function for our COO-Commercial area including supervisory board reporting or external stakeholder management
- Steer the end to end radical retail program of COO-Commercial with a special focus on customer experience and go to market approaches
- Global responsibility for E.ON Business System management in our COO-Commercial area
Your profile:
- Seasoned executive with an international background and prior experience in managing a matrix organisation
- University degree, preferably Economics or Engineering
- Ability to create and maintain an extensive and outstanding network within the company
- Deep understanding of outside market trends
- Clear view of the political and regulatory frameworks relevant for the COO-Commercial area
- Deep insights into sales and solutions business, creating significant business impact
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
- Highly structured with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a large group of senior stakeholders
- Resultsoriented and problem solving mentality (combined with a pragmatic approach)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive changes
