Das bewegst du:

Als HR Werkstudent (Mensch) im Personalbereich unterstützt du das Team bei administrativen Aufgaben. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

Du erstellst Arbeitszeugnisse mit Hilfe des HAUFE Zeugnis-Manager-Tools

Du überführst Vorgesetztenbeurteilungen in den Zeugnis-Unternehmensstandard

Du hältst den aktuellen Status zur Zeugnis-Erstellung fest, sicherst alle Rückläufe sowie die Abwicklung des Unterschriftenprozesses

Außerdem pflegst du das HR-Management-Tool

Das zeichnet dich aus:

Du bist noch mindestens ein Jahr eingeschriebene*r Student*in, bevorzugt im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Sozialwissenschaften, mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement

Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine strukturierte sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Empathie

Du interessierst dich für Personalthemen und bist absolut zuverlässig im Umgang mit vertraulichen personenbezogen Informationen

Du fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office

Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
