How you will contribute

  • Lead on projects, as required in relation to Reward and Recognition whilst providing support in the effective development and delivery of the reward strategy, principals and policy implementation across the Group;
  • Conduct market analysis and participate in market surveys;
  • Assist with job evaluations within designated region and ensure matches to market data;
  • Prepare management and employee communications regarding rewards;
  • Manage administration of incentives and bonus plans;
  • Advise internally on benefits available and assist HR teams to support their client groups;
  • Liaise with benefit vendors to ensure the company is receiving adequate support where required and support in benefits renewals;
  • Maintain a working knowledge of country specific legislation/requirements that may impact reward policies;
  • Work together in cross functional teams to provide HR costing input into the bid process;
  • Responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the annual salary review and bonus programs to ensure the review is completed in line with the plan.

Your Key Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant experience in an international environment;
  • Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills in English;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Excellent business acumen and able to communicate on different levels;
  • Customer and service minded, with 'can do' attitude;
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities;
  • Ability to work in a structured way and independently in a demanding, fastpaced changing environment;
  • You like data crunching and have demonstrated experience with Excel;
  • You are able to lead projects and write policies;
  • HRIS system experience (Oracle will be implemented) will be an advantage;
  • Familiarity with RFQ's as well as benchmarking, change management and job evaluation will be advantages.

More information

  • The hiring location for this position is the Netherlands, Germany or UK;
  • It's a fulltime, remote position; occasional travel may occur.
