Finance and Operations Assistant, (32-40h/week)

Who we are:act renewable GmbH is an independent strategic renewable energy advisory, head-quartered in Munich, Germany. We are an international team, motivated by the ambition to accelerate and simplify the path to zero-carbon emissions for multi-national corporates.

We support corporate brands and their suppliers around the world and are a joint venture between renewable energy developer BayWa r.e.

renewable energy and environmental consulting firm RESET Carbon.

By combining BayWa r.e.'s technical expertise with RESET Carbon's corporate consulting insights, we offer business solutions for every stage of the corporate renewable energy transition.

What You Will Do

  • Internal financial reporting and organization with accounting
  • Invoicing process management and execution
  • You take the responsibility for operating the necessary business processes to enable us to perform effectively as a team
  • Interface management with service providers
Who you are

  • A business generalist profile with a passion for numbers and finance processes and tools
  • Min. 5 years of experience in transversal roles spanning accounting & controlling, reporting, project administration and general organizational topics
  • Spoken and written English and German at a fluent level
  • You are a generalist capable of playing a central role in an international and divers team, driving both core responsibilities, as well as daytoday operations and office support
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel in particular) and ideally experience with SAP-FI as well as ERPand CRM-Systems
  • A good understanding of internal financial accounting, reporting and invoice management
  • Experience in handling service providers for accounting, HR, payroll, travel management
  • Systematic, wellorganized, and good at driving tasks and getting things done
  • An independent, wellorganized, and diligent colleague who is able and motivated to work across diverse range of tasks and topics
  • A colleague who can keep calm, build, and execute fundamental operational processes in a fastpaced and Dynamic environment
  • A positive and open minded attitude, motivated by collaborating closely with and supporting a diverse group of colleagues
