Job description:

You are the central point of contact for the local team on all procurement (pricing), supply chain (delivery times, capacities) and logistics (warehouse, transport) issues
You manage relationships with local offices of preferred suppliers
You process planning and forecasting information for our projects in collaboration with the central Supply Chain Manager and coordinate the outbound of project material
You track projects together with project coordinators or sales teams and find the right balance between excellent service and financial targets (JIT principle, inventory)

Profile:

You have a Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience
You have 2+ years of experience in a related operational/tactical role
You are proficient in the use of ERP (SAP)
You have a good working knowledge of MS Excel and Office 365 (e.g. PowerBI).
Your strengths lie in process development
You are an excellent negotiator with good commercial skills.
You are able to connect and communicate with people at all levels of the company.
You speak German & English
You are dynamic, practical, analytical and eager to learn
You take initiative and are able to work independently to a limited extent
