Gameplay Programmer

Do you have programming experience, and are you seeking a new job in Frankfurt? Skillsearch is helping a German game developer find a full-time Gameplay Programmer, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package and options to work remotely within Germany.

As a Gameplay Developer, you will help define the feel of the core gameplay.

You will dig deep into the codebase of the company's tech to improve existing systems and implement new gameplay features and systems.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Design and implement new gameplay features from scratch for multiple, unannounced projects for PC and consoles
Work closely with the design team to bring the game's design to life
Surprise the team and the players by adding your very personal Mojo to the stuff you're working on.
A passion for developing core games, pushing boundaries and taking and overcoming challenges
Keen on writing simple code that is easy to read, easy to debug, and easy to maintain and optimise.
