What you will do
Your tasks could include:
- Creation of (semantic) web user interfaces and dynamicinteractive content (HTML5, JavaScript, REST)
- Implementation of dashboards (e.g. with JupyterLab, Python, NodeRED...)
- Automated / AIbased processing of text, numeric data, and images (Python: pandas, numpy, tensorflow, etc.)
- Maintenance and extensions of database systems / semantic data spaces (SQL, Postgres, SPARQL/Graph databases)
- Backend extensions (PHP, mediawiki)
- Performance and security evaluations
- Sharing of Git repositories for code version control
What you bring to the table
You...
- are studying in the field of natural sciences (physics, mathematics, chemistry, material sciences) or engineering sciences (electrical engineering and information technology, mechanical engineering with focus on automation/robotics) and have a strong computer science background or are directly studying (business) computer science or comparable courses of study
- have practical programming experience in at least one of the languages mentioned (Python, JavaScript, PHP)
- are very interested in digital technologies and their development
- convince by proactive acting
- have a good command of German and English languages, both written and spoken
