_What You Will Do:

Support Business Development Team in the different activities related to the acquisition, planning and approval processes of wind and PV projects in Germany
Support Transactions Team within Business Development with preparation of transaction documents and other related documentation
Assist Transactions Team to perform due diligence analysis for the prospective deals
Perform crucial data and market analysis to identify new opportunities on the German market
Coordinate and work closely with colleagues from Development, Legal, Engineering and other departments within the company, as well as external advisors to push the ongoing transactions forward

_What we're looking for:

_:

Currently studying Economics, Finance, Engineering or Law in one of the German universities, ideally in your final semesters
A strong interest in renewable energy and its generation, with ideally a basic understanding of how the German energy market works
Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset with good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive with the ability to work independently
Fluency in German is a must, fluency in English is highly desirable
Availability: 20 h/week, up to 40 h/week during semester break
