teamlead global payroll service with our partner in Berlin, the
GEA Group, as one of the world ́s largest system providers for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

What's waiting for you:

Technical and disciplinary management of the local salary team
Overall responsibility for the payslips of the supported companies
Continuous development and improvement of payroll D, also in a transformational context
Cooperation with our HR SharedServiceCenter
Representation of the department and the employees in HR, business projects with accountingrelated reference
Coordination and active participation in tax and social insurance audits
Support for billing in Austria/Switzerland

What you bring:

A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or equivalent
Several years of experience in the field of payroll accounting
Experience in the support and implementation of collective and company agreements in the area of ??payroll accounting
Knowledge of SAP HCM customizing and very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience in harmonizing billing processes and transformation projects is an advantage
Experience in the technical and disciplinary management of employees
Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of English
