Your Role

This role is a fast paced mix of high level strategic topics and hands-on execution, where you and your team will get to craft and put plans into action.

You'll be part of Neuraum's senior leadership team and take full ownership of managing the growth, ops and customer service teams.

You will also be the task force leader of many cross-functional optimization projects, making sure the company is running smoothly.

You'll also be expected to identify and execute on potential opportunities for expanding the business, whether it's strategic partnerships, opportunities in adjacent markets, M&A opportunities, or other avenues for growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Play a crucial role in defining and executing strategy, as part of the senior management team
Oversee all operations, develop the recommendation engine in cooperation with the tech team, as well as oversee core processes & tool setup across all functions
Directly manage the Growth & Operations team, extending oversight to the customer service team
Lead crossfunctional task force projects to optimize processes across all functions, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Face operational challenges headon, identify risks, and seize opportunities to drive sustainable growth and shape our operational landscape
As a leader, nurture the professional development of your team members and the company overall, fostering a climate of growth and excellence
Harness the potential of the AI revolution, ensuring that we leverage it effectively
Promote organizational efficiency by continuously assessing operational needs, adapting strategies for existing and new operations to meet the demands of our scaling business
Identify and execute on potential opportunities for company expansion, including strategic partnerships, opportunities in adjacent markets, and M&A opportunities
Cultivate strong relationships with your leadership colleagues, key stakeholders within the functions, and external partners

What You'll Need

You're a gogetter, eager to tackle complex challenges with creative and innovative solutions that significantly impact our team, customers, and operations
You approach tasks as a numbersdriven systems thinker, favoring a pragmatic and outcomeoriented process management style
You have prior experience in a high complexity environment such as consulting or a startup/scale up, either in operations or growth/business development
You enjoy working on complex challenges in a collaborative nonhierarchical setup, not being afraid to step outside the confines of your role or job description
You're a positive spirit, fitting in seamlessly with our friendly team who believe in the importance of a positive and fun work environment
You are fluent in English and German (for working with the German market)
