As we're moving (and growing) fast, we're looking for like-minded people who want to shake things up with us. And we'd love for you to join our international team in Munich as a Finance Assistant (M/F/d) in part-time.

Aufgaben

You will get things done, whatever this may be.

From processing all kinds of receipts, maintaining our credit card platform Pleo and our intern accounting Excel files, to handling our digital and physical folder system - even if you have never done it, you are up for the challenge and want to learn how to run projects successfully from a financial perspective

You will support the team in the ongoing accounting process and other (fun) shenanigans
You will assist in the conduction of tax audits and annual financial statements
You help us organize and manage the office infrastructure: document management, incoming mail handling, order and office supply coordination
You will handle various errands of all kinds
You should live our agency culture

Qualifikation

You are very familiar with Microsoft 365 Office
You have already gained some work experience in an administrative environment
You have a Can-Do attitude and want to make things actually happen
You have a passion for the world of numbers and organizing several tasks at once
You play nicely with others you are nice & fair to everyone we work with
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
