Pricing Coordination Teamleader (f/m/d):

About the role:


For the Business Unit Professional Hygiene we are currently looking for an
Pricing Coordination Teamleader (f/m/d) in Region DACH in
full-time and
unlimited contract.**As Pricing Coordination Teamleader within the Customer Service organisation you will be responsible for operational pricing activities in DACH and work in close contact with our Sales force, marketing, controlling as well as the Customer Service Order Processing & Customer Care teams.

This position reports to the Regional Pricing Coordination Manager.


What You Will Do:


  • Managing the Pricing Coordination team for the DACH countries
  • Active support and development of the Pricing coordination employees
  • Secure daily working processes in the responsibility areas (oninvoicepricing, pricesupport and customer master data)
  • Continuous optimization and structuring of daily working routines, processes, and organizational setup
  • Monitor the status of operational daily tasks of your team
  • Ongoing analysis of the performance of your team, including feedback
- and performance sessions

  • Close working together with internal customers (like sales, marketing, controlling and Customer Service Order Processing & Customer Care)
  • Support within local and regional projects

Who You Are:


  • University degree in Business or Finance or equivalent
  • Leadership experience in comparable position
  • Excellent language skills verbal and in writing (German and English)
  • Excellent system skills (SAP, Excel, MS Dynamics, Outlook)
  • Understanding the impact on financial results
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Structured and process minded approach
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, persistent and professional teamplayer
  • Adapt way of working to the needs of the (internal) customers
