The about 150 employees in the three locations in Munich, Oberpfaffenhofen and Regensburg possess impressive long-term experience and wide-ranging know-how in the fields of microelectronics and microsystem technology.

What you will do
Within our team Components / Applications you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Characterization of existing CMOS components on a Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer
  • Development and use of automation processes in data acquisition and evaluation
  • Classification of the results in the current state of research and development of CMOS components
  • Insight into current research projects at the EMFT in the laboratory and clean room
  • Reviewing literature, getting familiar with new topics and present obtained results

What you bring to the table

  • Studying a Bachelor's programme in Micro and Nanotechnology, Electrical engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • Understanding how CMOS transistors work is necessary
  • Ability to work on Python scripts and Altium PCB Designer is a particularly desirable
  • Handson mentality and experience in handling measuring devices is an advantage
  • Competence in data analysis (Excel or Origin) is desirable
In addition, we expect a structured way of working and enjoy working in a team. You are familiar with scientific working techniques and have very good communication skills in English, written and spoken.
