After completion of the INspire program you will continue your career in the following business area: The Operations department within Mercedes-Benz Bank AG: as part of the German financial services organization, 1.100 colleagues in Stuttgart, Berlin and Saarbrücken are responsible for the operative handling of our financing and leasing business, digitalization within our company as well as at the point of sale, authority-compliance and the bank's project portfolio.

As financial services institution within the Mercedes-Benz environment, we are integrated in the customer journey and support private as well as corporate customers in bringing their chosen passenger cars and vans on the road.

Qualifikationen:

**Mandatory requirements to get IN for INspire: - Professionals with relevant work experience in and leadership experience in various areas of at least 12 months

International experience of at least 6 months
Excellent academic university degree: we are flexible when it comes to your academic background: among our team we find economists, computer scientists, physicians, mathematicians and many more
Ability to communicate with different management levels
Fluent in Business English and German (musthave)
Significant agile mindset
Impressive social engagement
Extended digital knowhow
Handson mentality and cando attitude
Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and changing requirements
Solutionoriented and communicative nature
