Responsibilities
- Support the development of all aspects of vehicle dynamic attributes through chassis control system development and calibration
- Collaborate closely with the Global Vehicle Dynamic and the Attribute Integration teams.
- Support target setting activities and cascade to system and component level, in collaboration with system owners and CAE team.
- Join tuning and validation test activities across Europe and support issue identification and resolution.
- Report development status to leadership.
- Improve vehicle dynamics development process, verification methods and standards, including growing need for objective testing.
- Execute benchmark analysis.
- Screen new technologies and contribute to the definition of innovation strategy roadmap for complete vehicles.
Requirements:
- Mechanical engineering degree with focus on vehicle technology or equivalent.
- Understanding about premium BEV segment EU landscape and requirements.
- Knowledge of vehicle/system level development methodology (Vcycle, NPDS or equivalent,)
- Vehicle evaluation skills, on public road and proving ground.
