Aufgaben

• Sie sind als Teamleiter verantwortlich für das Marketing der SCHMID Group
• Organisatorische gehören Sie dem Bereich Investor Relations an und arbeiten mit diesem in enger Abstimmung
• Weiterentwicklung der internen Kommunikationsstrategie
• Planung, Durchführung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung von Messen und Veranstaltungen
• Verantwortlich für die Website des Unternehmens sowie für die Erstellung und Pflege von Inhalten unserer Website und den Social-MediaKanälen
• Unterstützung bei der textlichen und gestalterischen Erstellung von Marketingunterlagen wie Präsentationen, Feeds, etc.

Tasks

• As team leader you are responsible for the marketing of the SCHMID Group
• Organizationally, you will be part of the Investor Relations department and work in close coordination with it
• Further development of the internal communication strategy
• Planning, implementation, organization and further development of trade fairs and events
• Responsible for the company's website and for creating and maintaining content for our website and social media channels
• Support with the textual and creative creation of marketing documents such as presentations, feeds, etc.

Anforderungen an den Bewerber

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing einschließlich Social Media
• Sichere Deutsch

- und Englischkenntnisse, ein sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und Leidenschaft für das Schreiben von Texten auch mit technischem Hintergrund

• Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen und Wordpress
• Ein gutes Auge für Gestaltung, Design und Corporate Design
• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenmotivation und Zielorientierung
• Teamgeist mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of marketing or comparable training
• Experience in communication, marketing including social media
• Confident knowledge of German and English, a very good feel for language and a passion for writing texts, also with a technical background
• Experienced handling of the common MS Office programs and Wordpress
• A good eye for layout, design and corporate design
• Structured and independent way of working with a high level of selfmotivation and goal orientation
• Team spirit with strong communication skills
