- Bereitstellung und Instandhaltung unserer Bikes auf höchstem Niveau
- Aufbau von Bikes und Verkaufs- sowie Versandvorbereitung
- Verwaltung und Verantwortung für das Marketingmaterial-Lager
- Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams bei Sales Materialvorbereitung und Verladung
- Begleitung von Events als Mechaniker vor Ort
- Unterstützung des SU-Teams bei Produktschulungen
- Reklamationsabwicklung mit Lieferanten und Kunden
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Fahrradmechaniker, bevorzugt bei einem Fahrradhändler
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zweiradmechaniker/ -mechatroniker von Vorteil
- Erstklassige Fähigkeiten als Mechaniker, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit E-Bikes und MTB
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Fahrwerken (Federgabel / Dämpfer)
- Pro-aktiv, wissbegierig und hochmotiviert
- Teamplayer, Identifikation mit unserer Firmenphilosophie
- Exzellente Organisations-, Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
