Company Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional online support from our office in Garching bei München.


Position Overview:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to cyclists worldwide.

You will interact with customers through various online channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information and support.


Responsibilities:

Online Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns regarding products, orders, and deliveries.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our bicycle components and accessories to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications as needed.

Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance for installation, maintenance, and use of our products.

Customer Feedback: Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products and services.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse, to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German, written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an online support environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Passion for cycling and a willingness to learn about our products and industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • This is a fulltime position based at our office in Garching bei München, Germany.
