Mission
In your role role you are the expert regarding internal and external logistic processes. You ensure with your team that customer orders are processes smoothly and on time. You will work closely with your internal and external customers and ensure excellent customer relations across teams.


Key Responsibilites:

  • Responsibility for the timely confirmation of all customer orders and ensuring that lead times are correctly communicated and documented to customers
  • Ensure necessary documentation and compliance with all legal requirements in terms of logístical handling and health and safety
  • Monitoring deliveries on a daily basis and liaising with carriers to resolve issues
  • Responsible for receiving all customer orders and enwuring that all orders are correctly matched in terms of cost and scope of work
  • Responsible for customer communication connected to deliveries
  • Coordination of team activitie, support and development

Competencies & Requirements

  • Technical background with a focus on logistics or corresponding professional experience
  • Minimum 5y practical experience in production control and customer contact, best in automotive industry
  • Very good understanding of the supply chain, focus logistic processes
  • Excellent teamplayer, first leadership skills is a plus
- strong communication

  • Problem solving, analytic thinking and talent for organisation
  • Experienced with SAP
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
