We are seeking an HR Director (M/F/d) for a company located in Frankfurt.
The company is a well-funded startup operating in the energy sector. Their goal is to achieve rapid expansion in the coming years.
About the Role:
- Your primary objective will be to facilitate the growth of the company's workforce from 200 to 2000 employees in the upcoming years.
- You will oversee all HR functions across various regions and localities in Europe. This involves establishing performance benchmarks for assessing local HR teams within your region, ensuring their optimal performance.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for shaping the HR strategy, offering guidance on legal matters, organizational structure, and managing transitions.
- You'll provide consultation and guidance to leaders at the regional and country level in Business Units, managing employee relationships.
- Furthermore, you'll streamline and standardize everyday HR procedures, systems, and guidelines.
- Lastly, you'll spearhead projects related to mergers and acquisitions.
Your Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed studies in fields such as business administration, social sciences, law, or possess an equivalent qualification.
- Furthermore, you have amassed substantial experience in various People & Culture roles within a global corporation.
- It is essential that you have already gained professional experience in industries such as automotive, automotive supplier, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or similar.
- Ideally, you possess an indepth understanding of labor laws and regulations in Germany.
- You are proficient in both Chinese and English, and you're open to domestic and international travel.
- As an energetic leader with remarkable communication, leadership, and motivational aptitude, you have the capability to inspire and manage a diverse group of HR professionals
Job Types:

Salary: 160,000.00€ - 200,000.00€ per year
