Beschreibung

Create client invoices and follow up with Producers on outstanding billings

Supports FP&A Manager on the budget/forecast process
Weekly AR Aging review
Follow up with clients on past due invoices and ensure timely payment receipt
Forecast and update project payment schedules
Monthly PO review with Production and Group Finance
Create POs in line with internal controls
Raises and reconcile intercompany invoices for Europe
Reconciliation of project reports to SAP while working with Production
Support in annual audits & maintain necessary documentation
SAP client creation
Adhoc reporting, tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

12 years relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook)
VFX industry knowledge an asset but not required
SAP knowledge an asset but not required
Problem solver. You prefer problems that challenge you to grow
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment, with a strong sense of urgency to achieve results
