Tesla is seeking an intern to work in the EMEA Procurement team. The intern will assist one of the EMEA Procurement categories related to Sales/Service/Delivery, Professional Services/Indirect/IT. He or she will be the central point of contact for all purchasing related queries internally.

The intern will support the Procure-to-Pay process, learn to create Purchase Orders and make sure that the purchasing process is as smooth as possible.

The EMEA Procurement team is lean and dedicated, so the opportunity to make changes and improvements is considerable as well as the likely involvement in project work during the assignment.

What You'll Do

Manage the ProcuretoPay process and analyses of spend data for assigned commodities
Providing analysis of existing requirements and pricing to ensure the most costeffective options
Supporting the buyers with commercial tender preparations and develop solid understanding of cost drivers
Maintaining daytoday supplier relationships
Issuing new Purchase Orders for any commodity price changes
Negotiating, evaluate and issue Purchase Orders

What You'll Bring

Strong communciation skills oral and written in English
Preferably studying a relevant field like Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing/ Process Engineering
Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
