Your Mission:

As Team Leader Channel Marketing C&C (M/F/d) you will lead the Channel Marketing Team C&C within the Marketing Department. Together with your team of 5, you will look after our customers and thus gain a strategic overview.

As this is a fast-moving market, you develop and plan marketing activities on a daily basis and can thus bring creative ideas into your daily routine.

What you will do:

Define and ensure responsibilities, deputising arrangements, regular exchanges and team reporting
Develop and implement local marketing plans
Support retail/online customers
Implement marketing activities in cooperation with the central and local marketing teams
Create marketing materials and communications
Organise and participate in events (congresses, trade fairs, forums, etc.)
Planning and implementing social media activities in cooperation
Reporting competitor activities in all relevant marketing channels
Monitoring the sales pipeline in the CRM system
Ensuring lead generation and data qualification
Build and communicate an understanding of the sales business plan and develop plans to support target achievement
Monitor the success of marketing activities using KPI/ROI analysis and produce appropriate reports
Monitor local channel marketing funds to support sales activities
Further development of local marketing processes

What we ask for:

Degree in marketing/business or professional experience in channel marketing

- several years of professional experience

Experience in the event sector is desirable
Knowledge of digital publishing is an advantage
Fluency in written and spoken English and German
