Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium.
Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen HR, Learning, Talent Development, Organizational Development oder Diversity & Inclusion.
Du bringst sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-PowerPoint und MS-Excel.
Du hast bereits Erfahrung oder technisches Interesse, mit HR-ITSystemen wie Cornerstone zu arbeiten.
Du hast eine 'Getthingsdone'Mentalität, packst Dinge an und treibst Projekt mit Ergebnisfokus voran.
Zur Kommunikation mit deinen Kolleg:innen kommunizierst du fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch.
