Responsibilities:


  • Business Partner for the Board of Management by providing business analysis, identifying problem areas and ideas for improvement actions and countermeasures
  • Responsibility for the reporting process and systems, including the preparation and analysis of the monthly and quarterly reporting of the FFT Business Group
  • Responsibility for planning and forecasting processes and support of the strategic planning process
  • Global coordination of IFRS accounting standard changes and development of FFT specific guidelines, including coordination and alignment with the Group auditor
  • Support M&A activities such as participation in due diligence processes and support in postmerger integration processes
  • Coordination of the treasury and financing activities
  • Leading and developing the Corporate Controlling Team

Qualifications:


  • Business studies with focus on controlling / finance and accounting
  • Minimum five years of experience in controlling and / or accounting, possibly within the Freudenberg Group
  • Very good knowledge of international accounting standards, preferably IFRS
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, SAP/BI and HFM; BOARD knowledge advantageous
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to breakdown complex issues into key business drivers
  • Excellent business acumen and critical thinking skills; brings solutions to business issues (not just financial reporting)
  • English fluent in speech and writing. International work experience will be a plus
