Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Resources, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR, idealerweise als HR Business Partner oder HR Generalist.
Du verfügst über die ausgeprägte Fähigkeit Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
Du hast ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Du bist in der Lage, sensible Informationen mit Takt und Professionalität zu vermitteln.
Du bist flexibel, proaktiv und lösungsorientiert.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
