Your challenge

Provide the design direction to deliver marketleading user experiences by giving informed feedback on ongoing design work, working with our teams to ensure the development matches the design requirements and meets customer needs;
Lead, recruit, coach, and mentor a team of product designers;
Work closely with product managers, developers to ensure a cohesive user experience across all products;
Partner closely with stakeholders in engineering, product, sales, marketing and others to foster alignment on business goals, project priorities, optimization of design processes;
Identify improvement opportunities within the scope of design and other teams functioning holistically, monitor product performance including NPS and usage;
Communicate value of design thinking and a customerfirst approach to strategy across all areas of the business.

Your profile

Education background could range from Visual Communication Design, UI/Interaction Design, UX Design, Product Design, Human-Centred Design, or any other relevant Design disciplines;
Selfmotivated and organised, with excellent collaboration skills;
Portfolio with strong case studies of leading successful product design and evolution;
Have 6+ years of experience shipping products and collaborating with developers;
Thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment where you own products from start to finish;
3+ years leading a design team;
Solid understanding of usercentred design methods across the product design process;
Proficient with leading design tools (Figma or Sketch);
Knowledge and awareness of frontend technologies such as CSS/HTMLEnjoy executing on multiple/diverse projects and iterating intensely.
