What's the job?

  • Use LinkedIn and Social Media as sourcing and attraction platforms to promote our Employer Brand.
  • You track the progress and success of your efforts and report on key metrics (response rate, interest rate, conversion rates in the funnel, etc.).
  • Maintain data accuracy in our ATS, Ashby.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with broader TA projects, process improvements, and initiatives.
  • Organize and attend events, meetups, talks, etc.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are a techsavvy & digital native person who enjoys working with LinkedIn and different sourcing tools and Social Media channels.
  • You have strong organizational skills and can manage complex processes and highvolume recruitment projects.
  • You are a very focused and processdriven person.
  • You have an analytical mindset and a knack for numbers and reporting.
  • You are results oriented with a cando attitude.
  • You are passionate about the future of work and continuous learning at work, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have a real impact in the people enablement space.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or are currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or a similar field.
  • You have excellent English communications skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in Talent Acquisition and are familiar with active sourcing on LinkedIn.
