Responsibilities:

Integrate single cell data with other molecular data types such as genomics, epigenomics, and proteomics to gain insights into biological mechanisms and disease pathways
Work collaboratively with experimentalists to design experiments and interpret results
Present findings at scientific meetings and publish research articles in peerreviewed journals
Participate in other research activities and duties as assigned

Requirements:

Master's degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field
Experience in analyzing highthroughput sequencing data, particularly single cell omics data
Strong programming skills in Python, R, and/or Java
Familiarity with statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with cloud computing and highperformance computing environments
Knowledge of molecular biology and genetics
Strong record of academic achievements, such as publications and awards
