As an Emergent Threat Trainer, you'll bring your leadership, technical, tactical, and training management background to collaborate with thought leaders in tactical units on projects for multi-domain tactical training_.

_You'll use your skills as you integrate, plan, synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate live, virtual, and constructive training using blended instruction techniques.

You Have:

5+ years of experience planning, executing, and facilitating leader, individual, and collective training
Knowledge of planning, executing, and facilitating Virtual Training, including Virtual Battlespace, VBS3, and Virtual Reality, and Home Station Training Lanes
Ability to plan, execute, and facilitate training in classroom and austere environments
Ability to communicate effectively with brigade and battalion leadership
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Completion of Certified Military Instructor Certification Training Course within 180 days of start date

Nice If You Have:

Experience planning, executing, and facilitating allied and partnered nation training
Experience planning, executing, and facilitating cyber and electromagnetic warfare activities
Experience with intelligence analysis and intelligence support team operations
Experience with biometrics collection systems and enrollment processing
Experience planning and conducting mobility operations
Experience as a joint fires observerevaluator (JFO-E) or joint terminal attack controller (JTAC)
Experience as an Observer Controller or Trainer (OC/T)
Experience conducting afteraction reviews (AAR)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
