- Strategic development of the Porsche production system within Industry 4.0
- Supporting the development and maintenance of digital tools for optimized shop floor management
- Participation in optimization workshops with a focus on programming, digital media, virtual reality, and production technology
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Ideally, familiarity with app development, UI/UX design, Industry 4.0, and Lean Production
- Programming skills are desirable (e.g., Atlassian tools, JavaScript, HTML5)
- Good command of English

Be part of the team shaping the future with the upcoming all-electric version of the Macan. Experience more than just a production site - at Porsche Leipzig, you can feel the performance of a Porsche firsthand on the 3.7 km FIA-certified Porsche circuit and the on-site off-road track.
Join us in the Production System department, responsible for advancing the Porsche production system and implementing improvement processes. Your role will focus on enhancing the skills of our team members and driving digitalization in shop floor management.
