- Contribute to the strategic and content-related development of the Porsche production system within the Industry 4.0 framework.
- Assist in the development and support of digital applications to optimize shop floor management.
- Participate in optimization workshops/projects with a focus on application programming, digital media, virtual reality, and production technology.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ideally, have initial knowledge in app development, UI/UX design, Industry 4.0, and Lean Production.
- Desirable programming skills (e.g., Atlassian Tool, JavaScript, HTML5).
- Good command of English.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

The upcoming generation of the Macan will hit the market as a fully electric version. Dive into the world of Porsche Leipzig, where factory pick-up customers, event guests, and visitors can experience the thrill of a Porsche on the 3.7 km long FIA-certified Porsche racetrack and the on-site off-road track.
The Production System department at Porsche Leipzig is the driving force behind the evolution of the Porsche production system and the implementation of the Porsche improvement process. The team, reporting directly to the management, is also focusing on digitalizing the shop floor management.
