  • We are growing and expanding our HR team. As an HR Business Partner, you will work in a fastpaced and growing business environment and support all corporate functions along the employee lifecycle and all HRrelated topics. If you are interested in a responsible and varied job with a strong business orientation in a pronounced growth phase of Exyte, then you are the ideal addition to our team.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Contact person for executives and employees of a support area in all personnel management and labor law issues
  • Coordination of the qualitative and quantitative personnel requirements with the respective departments as part of forecast and budget planning
  • Planning and implementation of personnel recruiting measures and applicant management, including conducting interviews in cooperation with the departments (permanent and external employees)
  • Coordination of individual personnel development measures with the respective departments
  • Implementation of collective agreement regulations as well as individual and collective law issues
  • Implementation of individual personnel measures
  • HR administration from hiring to departure (preparation of employment contracts, notices of termination and references) with the involvement codetermination councils
  • Revision and further development of HR standards and HR processes
  • Supervision and participation in strategic and organizational change processes
Acting as an intermediary with the external payroll provider, in particular:

  • Preparation of monthly payroll for active employees in cooperation with the external payroll provider
  • Review of payroll results including error analysis and troubleshooting

Show your expertise:


  • Successfully completed business studies, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of personnel support desirable
  • Sound knowledge of labor and social security law as well as processes in human resources work
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP HCM knowledge
  • Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and a high degree of flexibility
  • Ability to work in a team, friendly and confident demeanor at all levels, high social skills and strong communication skills
  • Independent, forwardlooking and an analytical and systematic way of working
