Fluke Reliability is seeking an experienced Director, Program Management to lead our program management office.

Fluke Reliability is a leading provider of connected reliability solutions delivering reduced downtime and improved business outcomes to some of the largest industrial companies in the world.

The Director will be responsible for executing the full portfolio management lifecycle utilizing the Lean Portfolio Management and Dream tools from the Fortive Business System.

They will also be responsible for establishing and ensuring the execution of cross-functional program management best practices for the delivery of NPIs, NPDs, and Sustaining Engineering activities utilizing the Agile Program Management framework.

This individual will also serve as a de facto Chief of Staff for the CTO and provide support for ad hoc initiatives such as employee engagement, continuous improvement through Kaizen facilitation, and innovation events such as seminars and hackathons.

This role requires a person who is comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization from the shop floor to the Fluke Reliability leadership team.

They will be adept at managing conflict and tradeoffs and act as an enabler for cross-functional clarity, communication, and execution through adaptability, establishing followership, enabling a culture of accountability, and inspiring the organization to drive exceptional results.


Responsibilities:

Ownership of PMO's budget & process.

This includes coordination with the Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to understand the budget requirements needed to support our portfolio.

Lead the execution of the full portfolio lifecycle management utilizing the Lean Portfolio Management toolkit.
Facilitate and participate in our Dream Phase growth board.
Define and be accountable for program management KPIs.
Lead the cross-functional program management process utilizing the Agile Program Management toolkit.
Act as an effective neutral arbiter of the status of functional execution against program commitment. Ensure that accurate and actional information is provided to the L1 team to enable rapid, data-driven decisions.
Work with functional managers to develop an effective program criticality model and drive alignment of department standard work.

Lead and coach a team of program managers and project coordinators to execute their current responsibilities while enabling them to achieve significant career growth.


Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of cross-functional program management experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior individual contributor or leadership roles.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with personnel management responsibilities.
Minimum of 2 years working with programs developed using Agile methodologies.
Experience working with multi-national product organizations.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment including leadership of cross-functional Agile teams.
Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and achieve KPIs.
Proven experience in risk management and change management.
Experience with Agile project and marketing management/product development methodologies.

Additional Desired Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience leading a program management office.
Program Management responsibilities for enterprise SaaS solutions.
Program Management experience for combined software, hardware, and services products.
Previous experience with the Fortive Business System, Danaher Business System, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
German fluency at CEFR B1 or higher.
Polish fluency at CEFR A2 or higher.
