Your Job:

Participation in the preparation of quarterly monthly financial statements according to HGB (preparatory postings)
Checking and posting of domestic and foreign incoming invoices
Preparation of payment proposal lists
Open item management
Accounting of fixed assets
Assistance in the optimization of business processes and preparation of work instructions
Assistance in checking and posting travel expense reports using the travel expense tool (Comsol)

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training,degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or comparable qualifications
3 5 years of professional experience
Very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
High level of commitment, communication and team skills
High affinity for numbers and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
Analytical, independent, reliable, resultoriented and careful way of working
Very good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
Ideally practical experience with Business Central (Navision), Comsol
