Athys Capital Advisors SA (Athys), a Corporate Finance advisory boutique, is seeking an Analyst Intern to complement its team of seasoned professionals.

Athys advises privately held corporations and their shareholders with respect to EUR10m-100m capital transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, equity and debt financing and strategic transactions (in
- and out-licensing, JV, etc.) in multiple industries (nutrition, beauty care, healthcare, capital goods, real estate, etc.).

Job description
You will support our team on capital transactions and in particular assist with:

• conducting in-depth industry research and strategic analysis

- performing review and analysis of financial statements, financial modeling and valuation
- participating in the preparation of investment notes as well as marketing presentations
- interacting with clients as well as their other advisors (tax, legal, audit), debt and equity investors

Work arrangement:
Luxembourg or German contract.

Home office. The position may entail frequent travel in continental Western Europe (France, Germany, Italy).
