What will you do:


As an integral part of our dynamic sales team, you'll play a crucial role in elevating our processes and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

You will report to the VP Sales and work closely with the more experienced peers to have a steep learning curve.


Your key responsibilities:


  • You will collaborate with a small team of experienced sales professionals and be in direct customer contact
  • You will support the investment specialists by engaging directly with our valued customers and prospects
  • You will develop your sales skill set and foster deep product and finance knowledge
  • You will take a key role in identifying new prospects and establishing new relationships whilst ensuring customer satisfaction by interacting professionally and efficiently

Who we are looking for ‍**:

  • You want to learn and understand how a sales/account management organization works
  • You're excited about daily customer interactions
  • You aspire to excel in a mentally challenging market, developing skills through daily interactions in the professional sphere
  • You have excellent communication skills which enable you to effortlessly establish authentic connections with new contacts
  • Ideally, you have first experiences working directly with customers
  • You are highly (self)organized, want to move fast, and maintain attention to detail when it matters most
  • You are fluent in German
  • Experience with techdriven and distributed companies as well as interest in startups is a plus
  • You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU
